You can connect any standard USB power bank to the Simply.Glow backpack. The duration of the LED light depends on the capacity of the power bank.

The backpack has no switch – simply connect the USB cable to the power bank and the backpack lights up.

Depending on the type and thickness of the laptop, devices with a screen diagonal of 14” usually fit.

The Simply.Glow backpack is highly water-repellent and rainproof, but not waterproof. In extreme rain, small amounts of moisture may penetrate through the seams. We recommend folding the flap over and locking it when it rains - this will prevent water from getting through the zipper.

The Simply.Glow backpack is made from 100% non-animal materials.

Please do not wash your Simply.Glow in the washing machine. Simply remove dirt with a damp cloth. Please note: The USB port must not be placed in water.

The direction indicator can only be operated using the remote control provided. The direction indicator on the Simply.Protect helmet offers additional safety in the dark, but does not replace the hand signal.

Inside Simply.Protect there are Velcro-fastened pads that ensure optimal comfort. These are easy to clean and made of a quick-drying material.

The inner cushions can be easily removed and carefully washed by hand with neutral soap or shampoo. Dab off any moisture with kitchen paper or a towel and allow the cushions to air dry completely.

The heat transfer of the Simply.Warm vest is most efficient when the vest fits close to the body, is closed and when not too thick clothing is worn underneath the vest. It is better to wear the vest under a jacket, e.g. a windproof softshell jacket or a rain jacket.

Of course! The vest is washable at 30 °C, you just have to remove the power bank and close the zippers. The vest should only be used again once it is completely dry.

The heating elements cannot overheat. The USB standard specifies 5 volts and a maximum current of 2 A - this produces a safe output of 10 watts.
