Does the Simply.Lift STEPS have gears?
The Simply.Lift STEPS has a Shimano NEXUS 5-speed hub gear with twist grip shifter
What is the range of the Simply.Lift STEPS?
The range depends on various factors such as support level, outside temperature, speed, gradient, load and breaks in the journey. At an average speed of 23 km/h and a total weight of 100 kg, you can reach up to 150 km with the ECO support level. With a normal support level, up to 100 km is possible, while with a high support level, up to 75 km is possible.
What are the advantages of a belt drive?
The CD Carbon belt is durable, maintenance-free and practically indestructible. To clean it, simply rinse the belt with water. It is also almost silent - just a clean solution.
Does the Simply.Lift STEPS have suspension?
Yes. The Simply.Lift STEPS has a Suntour suspension fork with 80 mm travel - a suspension seat post can be retrofitted on request.
Can I lock the battery?
Yes! The battery can easily be locked with a key - however, we recommend that you also secure your Simply.Lift STEPS with a bicycle lock.
Can I ride the Simply.Lift STEPS even if the battery is empty?
If your battery is empty, you can ride your Simply.Lift STEPS under your own power like a normal bicycle.
Can children be transported on the Simply.Lift STEPS?
Depending on their age and size, children can be transported using Qibbel child seats and/or the appropriate Simply.Lift STEPS accessories.
Do you have any certifications?
We certify the entire bicycle through an independent testing center and therefore have a CE marking on every bicycle (CE, DIN EN 15194 EPAC).
How roadworthy is the bike - during the day or in the dark?
Your Simply.Lift STEPS comes with StVZO-compliant lighting, a bell and reflectors. The Busch+Müller LED light with 60 LUX offers you optimal lighting.
Can I test drive the Simply.Lift STEPS?
Our e-bike is currently only available in our online shop. Ordering is guaranteed to be risk-free for you - if you are not satisfied with your Simply.Lift STEPS, you can of course make use of the statutory right of withdrawal.
For which body size is the Simply.Lift STEPS suitable?
The Simply.Lift STEPS is suitable for people with a height of approximately 160 cm to 195 cm. The size can be adjusted using the handlebars, stem and saddle.
What gradient can the Simply.Lift STEPS handle?
Depending on your fitness level or load, almost any incline can be mastered thanks to the powerful SHIMANO mid-engine and the NEXUS 5-speed gear system.
How should the Simply.Lift STEPS be maintained/cared for?
The most important thing for us is that you enjoy your Simply.Lift STEPS for a long time. For this reason, we have designed it so that it does not require any complex maintenance. The main things to keep in mind are keeping the bike clean, tightening the screws and ensuring the correct tire pressure - you will find the maintenance instructions in the user manual that comes with your order.
Can I return the Simply.Lift STEPS?
Within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days, you can return the bike without giving any reason and you will receive a full refund. We ask that you keep the box for at least the cancellation period to ensure uncomplicated processing. The return is free of charge for you. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us by email so that we can arrange a pickup date with you.
What should I do if there is a defect in my Simply.Lift STEPS?
Please check your Simply.Lift STEPS for transport damage after receipt and inform us promptly by email. Within the first 2 years you can make use of the statutory warranty and contact us with any concerns - we will do everything we can to get your Simply.Lift STEPS back on the road as quickly as possible! If a defect does occur, wearing parts can easily be replaced at a bicycle workshop. If certain spare parts are not available at your trusted bicycle workshop, we will be happy to send you the parts you need. If there are serious problems, we will have your Simply.Lift STEPS picked up and repaired for you - in the case of warranty cases, this is of course free of charge!
