Shipping within Germany for all Simply.Bike products except the Simply.Lift e-cargo bike is carried out by DHL and is free of charge for you.
Of course, you can return the goods to us within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days without giving any reason. A DHL return slip is enclosed with all products.
Shipping of the Simply.Lift e-cargo bike is only possible within Germany.
The Simply.Lift e-cargo bike is delivered to the curb via a freight company. The delivery date will be agreed with you in advance by telephone. When ordering, please provide a telephone number where you can be easily reached.
The transport packaging was specially designed for the Simply.Lift, so we deliver it to you fully assembled. There are a few steps you need to carry out yourself. These are very easy and only take a short time. Detailed assembly instructions and the necessary tools are included in the box.

Please keep the shipping box for at least 14 days if you want to return the Simply.Lift within the cancellation period and contact us in advance so that we can arrange a pickup date. We will cover the return shipping costs in cases of cancellation and complaints.
