What is behind our 10-year guarantee promise?
The 10-year warranty covers all repair costs for all parts of your Cargo e-bike. This means that you do not have to bear any additional costs for spare parts or repairs during this period. This offer is valid until November 30, 2024 and is limited to a quantity of 50 bikes.
Can I cancel my pre-order at any time?
If you decide to cancel your pre-order during the waiting period, you can do so at any time - and receive a full refund. After receiving your bike, you can of course return your bike to us within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days without giving any reason.
