What if a defect occurs?

Within the first 2 years, you can make use of the statutory warranty and contact us with any concerns - we will do everything we can to get you back on the road with your Simply.Lift NEO as quickly as possible!

If a defect occurs, wearing parts can be easily replaced at a bicycle repair shop. If certain spare parts are not available at your trusted bicycle repair shop, we will be happy to send you the parts you need. If there are serious problems, we will have your Simply.Lift picked up and repaired for you - of course, this is free of charge in the case of warranty claims!
