When you think of transporting children with an e-cargo bike, you immediately think of the large single- or double-track models with a large transport box in the front. A longtail e-cargo bike hardly differs from a "conventional" bike in terms of size and weight and can still keep up with its long john "relatives" when it comes to transporting children. When choosing the right e-bike for transporting children, you should choose a model that is lightweight, has a stable construction and does not have a center of gravity that is too high. It should also have good suspension or robust tires to ensure a comfortable ride for your child.
